How to Apply

1. Click the link below it will take you to our secure application interview.

2. Get your ID ready to be uploaded at the end

(you can submit without these even though it states required, however it will be the first thing we ask for)

3. Answer the questions, please try to answer all questions. 

4.Proceed through all the fields until you click "Submit" (ONLY SUBMIT ONE TIME, any changes you need to make can be done by contacting us)

**YOU MUST ACCEPT TERMS AND HIT SUBMIT**

You will see and on screen confirmation that starts with "Thank you for submitting your information..." if you do not see this you have not submitted.

5. You will get a confirmation email

6. Upload to the secure website all of the documents require for prequalification(see below)

Notes: Please provide authorzation to run credit, if not we will have to ask you for it before we can review your application.  If you don't know the answer to a question leave the field blank, we will ask you for any information you have missed that we must have.  A subject property is not required but it helps  to include the information if you have a home you are trying for. 

1. Within 1 business day we will review what you have sent and reach out to you for any information that may have been missing from the application, this can be considered a prequalification interview.  We will always email and follow up with a phone call in 24 hours if we have not heard from you.   

2. As soon as we receive your answers and documentation we will review your loan file and provide a qualification with in 1-2 business days.
